Jim Flaherty

Last night on the Michael Coren Show, there was a political panel which included Jim Flaherty.

I hadn't seen Flaherty in a while, however, I was reminded how much I really like this meat-and-potatoes conservative. His credentials on law-and-order issues as well as finance are second to none. He is a down-to-earth family man who loves his community and truly thinks that politics is an honourable calling.

I hope Jim wins his seat in Whitby-Oshawa, and I also hope that Harper gives him a major spot in the party hierarchy. Everyone who enjoys substance to go along with their politics should be hopeful that Jim Flaherty is in Parliament this spring.
