Our new Red Tory Minister of Foreign Affairs has decided that because Russia says Hamas isn't that bad, they still deserve Canadian tax dollars to be provided to them on a government-to-government basis.

This comes despite the fact that under the Criminal Code it is illegal in Canada to raise funds or contribute to Hamas because they have been declared a terrorist organization.
