The Canadian establishment is comprised of pussies

So Ujjal Dosanjh, Jack Layton and the CTV news bureau (judging from Craig Oliver's interview of Peter MacKay yesterday) seem to think that Canada's army should basically drop its weapons and run away from the Taliban in Afghanistan. Why? Because in recent days, one soldier got knocked over the head by an unstable 16-year old and also because two others died in what amounts to a single-vehicle traffic accident.

It's embarassing at times to hear what passes for conventional wisdom in Canada.
