What's up with CTV.ca?

At 6:33 AM today, they publish this story on their main page which suggests the Tories have opened up an 18-point lead over the Liberals.

However, under the "News" heading, at 6:52 AM, they have this headline which suggests that the Tory surge has stalled. Furthermore, the text of the article makes no mention of the CTV/Globe/Strategic Counsel poll which shows an 18-point difference, but rather, a Decima poll showing a 10-point lead and an SES poll showing only a 7-point lead. The Strategic Counsel poll is, however, displayed in a graphic.

What gives?
