Why are we paying for this?
Notwithstanding Dr. Evil's observation that "there's nothing like a shorn scrotum - it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it", I'd like to know why the CBC is spending our money to produce little gems like this.

The Government should jump on this and privatize CBC TV right away.
However, I don't think CTV is doing much better with that celebration of the lame they showed last night in Canada's Next Greatest Prime Minister. I don't know what was worse, John Turner looking senile, Frank Stronach trying to be cool, or the shrill geek that won.
