Ekos numbers

Paul Wells over at Maclean's has already plugged the Ekos numbers into Hill and Knowlton and they differ quite significantly from the Strategic Counsel numbers I plugged in this morning.

However, both firms predict the Tories to carry a majority, with Ekos' numbers giving the Tories a majority of ... wait for it ... one member!!

If you split the difference, the seat totals are as follows:

Tories 161
Bloc 61
Liberals 52
Party of F 33
Other 1

I still don't see it happening like that.

I don't see it happening either. If you look at the affected seats there a lot optimistic wins for the Tories in the west end 905's. They also have Ignatieff going down and Cutler winning Ottawa South.
