Innocent question
Who paid for Bill Clinton to fly to Montreal last week to address the climate change conference and .. oh, while he was there, do a photo-op with Paul Martin in the middle of a Canadian election campaign?
It wouldn't have been taxpayers' dollars funneled through a Canadian branch of a certain NGO, now, would it?
Just asking.
